DFW Elite Limo Services operates in compliance with the City of Dallas Ground Transportation for Hire regulations and applicable airport ground transportation requirements. The following policy applies to every trip, every vehicle, and every passenger.
Licensed & screened chauffeurs. Every chauffeur operating under DFW Elite Limo Services holds the permits required by the City of Dallas for ground transportation operators, has passed a criminal background check, and is subject to drug and alcohol testing consistent with municipal and airport ground transportation requirements.
Non-discrimination. We provide service without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other status protected by law, and we accommodate service animals as required under the ADA.
Violation of this policy authorizes the chauffeur to end a trip at the nearest safe location without refund. This policy is enforced without exception, regardless of the client's status or itinerary.
Every trip is expected to meet the standards above. If one doesn't, tell us — or tell the City.
